FAQ's

Please feel free to reach out if you have ANY questions.  What seems like it should be simple to navigate can easily come with so many questions.  Here is a few of our FAQ's that may help. 

What are your hours?

My email is always open! 

If you need to call me please call within these hours:

Monday-Friday-9am-5pm

Saturday-10am-3pm

Sunday-closed

Do not call on Sunday unless your session is booked on this day or Monday morning.  Thank you.  

Where are you located?

I am based in Amelia and regularly serve clients throughout Clermont County, as well as parts of Hamilton County and Brown County. I am also happy to travel beyond these areas for an additional travel fee.

If you have a location in mind that isn’t listed, please feel free to email me with the details, and I will gladly provide a custom travel quote.

What payment options do you take? When do I have to pay?

Booking fees are paid immediately to secure your session.  This fee is NON REFUNDABLE.  The remainder of the payment is due any time BEFORE the scheduled session.  

How long is the wait for booking appointments?

I have a lot of dates available within a couple weeks.  Just feel free to contact me for availability.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

 

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The only exception to this policy is if I, the photographer, must cancel your appointment; in that case, your booking fee will be refunded in full.

You are welcome to reschedule your session, provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduled appointments made after that window are considered cancellations, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Clients may reschedule up to three times; after the third reschedule, the sitting fee becomes non-refundable regardless of circumstance.

Please note that while this is the general policy, I understand that unexpected situations do arise. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but they are not guaranteed. I kindly ask that clients do not represent these exceptions as standard practice.

What should I wear?

Don't worry!  When you book your appointment I will send you information on what to wear. Colors, patterns, costumes, etc.  If you're still having trouble we can coordinate together on what works best. If I think something won't work I will be sure to let you know and give you recommendations. 

*I do want to emphasize the importance of not wearing graphic t-shirts and absolutely nothing with a logo.  These can both be subject to copyright.  If you show up in one or both of these, the appointment will be cancelled.  If you have questions about a specific item please feel free to message me with a photo of said item and I will let you know if it's appropriate.  

What if there's inclement weather?

 

In the event of inclement weather, I will do everything I can to continue with your scheduled session by offering an alternative location we both agree on. Many local covered areas and shelters still allow for beautiful, high-quality photos, and no additional sitting fee will be required if we proceed at an alternative spot.

If the weather ultimately prevents us from safely or successfully completing the session, we will reschedule for another available date and time.  There will not be an additional booking fee applied if there is a need to reschedule. 

Please note: If you choose to cancel the appointment entirely rather than reschedule, the booking fee is non-refundable. While I understand every situation is unique and exceptions may occasionally apply, this is the general policy regarding weather-related cancellations.

Am I allowed to share the photos on social media?

YES! ABSOLUTELY! The only requirement for sharing them is that you do one or more of the following:

  • For posting on social media, use the photos I provide from my social media business page that includes my watermark
  • Include the link to my business website into your post so future clients can find me
  • Tag my business page in your post for recognition
  • Tag my personal page in your post for recognition 
  • Allow the posts to be public and leave comment section open for others to engage in the post

 

 

 

 

Mini Session Payment and Cancellation policy

Because mini sessions are offered at a special rate, the full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This payment is non-refundable, except in the event that the photographer must cancel.
