I am from Amelia but I work throughout Clermont County, some of Hamilton County and Brown County.  I am willing to travel further for an additional cost. If you have questions about a location not mentioned please email me the location and I will quote you a price.

$50 sitting fee is due at the time the session is scheduled.  This goes for the Minis for Missions as well.  The session will not be officially booked until sitting fee is paid.

*Remember, the sitting fee is part of your overall payment

The rest of the payment is due any time before the session.  This includes if it is paid just as we meet up before the photoshoot.  I will not take full or partial payments any time after the photoshoot.  If the payment is not made up until we arrive then the photoshoot will be cancelled and will not be conducted.  

I have a lot of dates available within a couple weeks.  Just feel free to contact me for availability.

Yes! When you book a session you will pay a NON REFUNDABLE $50 sitting fee.  The only acceptation to this is if I, the photographer, have to cancel. In that case you will recieve your sitting fee back in full.  

You can always postpone the appointment for a later date. Postponements MUST be done within 48 hours BEFORE the appointment.  Otherwise it will be considered a cancellation and you will not receive your sitting fee back.  You can also only have up to 3 postponements. More than that and the sitting fee will not be returned.

Of course there are accessions to every situation and each client will be taken on a case any case basis.  So please if there is an acceptation to your situation, do not tell clients I do this regularly.  Thank you. 

Don't worry!  When you book your appointment I will send you information on what to wear. Colors, patterns, costumes, etc.  If you're still having trouble we can coordinate together on what works best. If I think something won't work I will be sure to let you know and give you recommendations. 

*I do want to emphasize the importance of not wearing graphic t-shirts and absolutely nothing with a logo.  These can both be subject to copyright.  If you show up in one or both of these, the appointment will be cancelled.  If you have questions about a specific item please feel free to message me with a photo of said item and I will let you know if it's appropriate.  

I will do my best to still find a different, great spot that we agree on to still do the appointment.  There are a lot of shelters in the area that you can still conduct a great photoshoot! You will not have to pay an additional sitting fee. 

If it gets to the point where we can't do the session then we will reschedule for another time/day.  If you choose to just cancel the session without attempting to reschedule then you will not receive the refund for the sitting fee.  

I understand that each situation is different and there may be exceptions, but for the general rule cancellations are not refunded.  

YES! ABSOLUTELY! The only requirement for sharing them is that you do one or more of the following:

• For reposting on social media, use the photos I provide from my social media business page that includes my watermark
• Include the link to my business website into your post so future clients can find me
• Tag my business page in your post for recognition
• Tag my personal page in your post for recognition 
• Allow the posts to be public and leave comment section open for others to engage in the post

Without giving proper recognition for my photos it is considered copyright infringement. 

Since mini sessions are only $50 the full payment will be due immediately to secure a spot.  This is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to the photographer.  If there is in climate weather the session will be postponed.
